You are buying machinery, vehicles, spare parts or other goods from a supplier in Germany – ex works (EXW) or FCA? How it works:

  1. Collection from your supplier – we pick up the goods at your supplier's premises anywhere in Germany.
  2. Export clearance – we prepare the export declaration in coordination with your supplier. EU customs rules require the exporter to be based in the EU, so we clarify the details with you and your supplier in advance.
  3. Container and loading – we provide the right container and make sure your goods are loaded and secured properly.
  4. Sea freight – shipment from Hamburg or other North Sea ports to your destination port.
  5. Documents – bill of lading and all shipping documents, sent to you or your bank.
  6. Tracking – follow your shipment online until it arrives.

  • Supplier address and planned pickup date
  • Description of the goods (type, quantity, weight, dimensions)
  • Consignee and destination port
  • Incoterm agreed with your supplier (e.g. EXW or FCA)
